Hello Gratitude Garden Families!
It is so special to be able to capture these little personalities twice in a school year! One of my favorite things is to come back to a school at the end of a school year and see the growth in each child. How have they changed? Have they lost a tooth or two? Have they had their first haircut between the two picture days? Have they grown comfortable in their surroundings and are loving their teachers and new friends? It is all so fun to see. I hope you enjoy the growth you see as much as I do.
To see your child’s photos go to www.staceystillphotography.gotphoto.com and enter the access code found on your QR code sheet. Did you receive more than one QR code sheet? (do you have more than one child at the school?) You can enter each access code you have, one at a time, so you can see all of your children's images in one place.
Your child’s teacher will be passing out your QR codes. If you think you may have lost your QR code sheet that had your access code NO WORRIES! I will get it to you right away.

The batch order deadline is Sunday, May 21st.
You can skip the shipping fee by having your order sent directly to the school. Orders will be delivered approximately 10 days after the batch order deadline. After May 21st you may still purchase prints, but you will pay a shipping fee and the order will be delivered directly to you.
The school’s gallery will archive on june 4th. Ordering will be closed after this date.
Pro Tips
Individual Products
Don’t forget to check out the Individual Products section once you get into your student’s album. There are some fun new items! In addition to a la carte prints, single digital images and canvases, you will see magnets and key chains. Perfect gifts for anyone in your child’s life.
Cropping
The system will ask you to confirm the crop of your photo. Please make sure to take a look at each photo to confirm how you’d like it to be cropped. If you don’t confirm your crop, it will automatically crop the photo for you, which can result in a crop off the top of the head.
All crops are not created equal! Photographic prints come in many standard sizes. Although all images are created by the camera at a 2:3 ratio (like a 4x6 print) many print sizes do not have a 2:3 ratio. Depending on the size of your final print, part of the image may be cropped.

Black & White Photo Effect
You have the choice to make your images black and white! When you click on an image in your cart, you can adjust the crop as well as add a Black and White filter! Check it out!
