I understand that Stacey will need student and staff rosters no later than 2 weeks before shoot date.

I understand that Stacey may need a parent volunteer or teacher aide to bring children from classroom to get their photos taken.

I understand that Stacey will spend a reasonable amount of time per student and cannot guarantee cooperation of each student.

The school agrees to forward all informational documents (provided by Stacey) and communication about gallery release dates to parents.

Stacey Still Photography will provide a digital copy of one (1) school portrait per student and staff to The Goddard School of Ladera Ranch for administrative use (for example yearbook, student records, etc). There is no charge for this service. The Goddard School of Ladera Ranch agrees to keep these images for administrative use only, and agrees to not make them available to parents or caregivers, whether it be in printed or digital form.

Stacey Still Photography will provide an 8x10 class photo to each teacher as well as an 8x10 class photo of each class to the school.

Teachers and staff receive 50% off orders if they have children enrolled at the school.

Print orders, class composites, staff IDs, etc. will be delivered to the school 4-6 weeks after final picture day.
