Hello Goddard of Ladera Ranch Families!
I’m so excited to share these beautiful pictures with you! My goal is to catch a glimpse of these fun personalities in the 1-2 minutes I spend with them. Of course, there will always be some children who don’t think my smile generating antics are funny and that’s ok. Part of my goal for photo day is to provide a fun and stress free experience. If I’m sensing that a child is just not having it, then I will not force the issue. This is especially important with young preschoolers, who could be experiencing picture day for the first time!
Teachers will start handing out your QR code sheets Thursday, November 2nd.
Simply scan the QR code on your sheet or go to www.staceystillphotography.gotphoto.com and enter the access code found on your QR code sheet. Did you receive more than one QR code sheet? (do you have more than one child at the school?) You can enter each access code you have, one at a time, so you can see all of your children's images in one place.

Not planning on spending $65? You can skip the shipping fee by having your order sent directly to the school by selecting “ship to establishment”. Your order will be batched with other orders and then delivered to the school altogether.
The batch order deadline is Friday, November 17th.
Orders will be delivered to the school approximately 10 days after the batch order deadline. After November 17th you may still purchase prints, but you will pay a shipping fee (approx. $6) and the order will be delivered directly to you.The school’s gallery will archive on November 26th. Ordering will be closed after this date.
Everyone, regardless of purchase, will be be getting a complimentary 5x7 class picture. Different size prints are available for purchase.

Pro Tips
Individual Products
Don’t forget to check out the Individual Products section once you get into your student’s album. There are some fun new items! In addition to a la carte prints, single digital images and canvases, you will see magnets and key chains. Perfect gifts for grandparents and you!
Cropping
The system will ask you to confirm the crop of your photo. Please make sure to take a look at each photo to confirm how you’d like it to be cropped. If you don’t confirm your crop, it will automatically crop the photo for you, which can result in a crop off the top of the head.
All crops are not created equal! Photographic prints come in many standard sizes. Although all images are created by the camera at a 2:3 ratio (like a 4x6 print) many print sizes do not have a 2:3 ratio. Depending on the size of your final print, part of the image may be cropped.
